Mohamad Adlan Bin Sairin became active in the arts at the age of 16, when he entered a cultural club in high school. He participated in many types of performances and competitions such as the Sabah Dance Festival (2015), Semarak Tari Peringkat Negeri Sabah (2015) and the Tugu Budaya competition (2014 and 2015).

He has continued his studies in the field of dance performance art at the diploma level at the Sultan Idris University of Education (UPSI). After graduating from UPSI, he continued his studies at the National Academy of Arts, Culture and Heritage (ASWARA) where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree majoring in performance. 

He participated in many performances not only in the country but also abroad, such as IMPACT (2016), Final Production of Stage Dance (2016 and 2017), Dancebox Series I and II, Dramatari Tumasek in Singapore (2017), World Gamelan Festival ( 2017), Borneo Hornbill Festival (2017), Main Zapin ASWARA (2017), MATIC Clump Dance Collection (2017), One Belt One Road Festival, Henan China (2018), JAMU 2018 and 2019, ASWARA Dance Festival 2019 (Tari’19) , Dancebox Festival (2018), Asia Pacific Dance Festival, Hawaii (2019), Anugerah Juara Lagu (2020), Sarawak Malaysia Day Celebration (2020), Jom Tari Traversing Space (2021) and DIKIR ‘Through The Lenses’ (2021). 

He has also participated in several competitions such as, JKKN Online Art (2020), Virtual Intervarsity Traditional Dance Competition Duet Category (2020), Malaysian Creative Ethnic Dance Competition (2020), Virtual Dance Competition (2021) and Festopia 2021 (Competition Mixed Dance).
